The mental health of doctors has had significant attention in the media and across health services in recent years. Wellbeing is the new buzz word. However, current system level wellbeing interventions usually have a cookie cutter approach, miss the mark and feel tokenistic. Culture change is needed and will happen, but shifting paradigms takes time, and lots of it.
You have already invested so much time, energy and money to get to where you are now. It’s time to take control of your future by investing in a tangible and effective solution to your own wellbeing.
